Villa III – Embarking On The Blue Ocean (Max. 3 Persons)

Starting From
€60 / Night

Stone built villa with private verandas, surrounded by wide terraces and hand crafted stone benches. Located on the top of Vrysitsa Beach and 1,3 km from the Old Town, offering unique privacy, magnificent views over the Aegean Sea and an ultimate scenery of natural beauty. The beach is within walking distance (650 km).

Please note that due to the villa’s location and building particularities (different levels, stairs and cliffs around terraces), extra care should be taken of younger residents (children under the age of 10) during their stay at Casa Milos Alonnisos. Should you wish to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The space

Our land is an olive grove located at 1.3 Km from the Old Village of Alonissos, accessible from a standard 1km non asphalted road that goes down hill. There, stand 3 stone built chalets and a sequence of wide stone terraces with breathtaking views to the Aegean blue. The hills that emerge from the sea compose a surreal painting landscape. At a walking distance of 650 meters, you find yourself at the quiet beach of Vrysitsa.

INSIDE CHALET III (29m2 – hosts 2 people)

• Located further down the land, this cozy chalet consists of 1 studio with kitchen, toilet, a double bed and a hand-crafted stone sofa that can be used as a bed if necessary.
• Kitchen is equipped for light meals only (2 cook-tops, no oven)
• The bed is built of stone with a very comfortable mattress;
• The wooden roof and the floor made of local stones set a cozy indoor ambient
• It is about 15 meters down from Chalet II

Enjoy an outdoor shower viewing the limitless blue of the Aegean and pause the time listening to the waves, whilst taking your breakfast, or enjoying your afternoon retsina in one of the three private verandas. In the night, let the star show take over…
Guest access

The chalets are accessible from a standard 1km non asphalted road that goes down hill.
Vehicles are available for renting on the island.
You need a car or a scooter to be independent and free to follow your own schedule and reach the more remote places, where true natural beauty awaits to be discovered.
Other things to note

In August though, because of the high demand, it might be hard to get a rental vehicle, so planning ahead to avoid hustle is strongly recommended.
